Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid plans are subscription services billed through Stripe. The checkout page shows the plan, price, billing interval, renewal terms, and taxes before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Unless Stripe or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your plan remains active until that date, then changes to the free plan or is disabled according to your account state.

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period starts.
• We may issue refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or legally required consumer rights.
• Using paid features, processing videos, consuming AI tokens, or exporting assets may reduce refund eligibility.
• Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method when possible.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer rights may apply. For digital services that begin immediately after purchase, you may be asked to acknowledge that the service starts before the end of any withdrawal period and that certain withdrawal rights may be affected after performance begins.

If payment fails, Stripe may retry collection. MegaX may mark the subscription as past due, reduce access, pause processing, or downgrade the account after any grace period.

Billing questions and refund requests should be sent to with your account email, invoice ID, charge date, and reason.
