2. Service
MegaX provides tools for uploading video, generating transcripts, detecting highlights, creating hooks, editing overlays, rendering clips, exporting assets, and generating content packages. The Service may use third-party processors such as payment providers, AI providers, cloud storage providers, email providers, and infrastructure providers.
3. Account responsibility
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and team workspace.
- You must keep your password, 2FA codes, API keys, and invited team access secure.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. User content and rights
You keep ownership of videos, audio, images, captions, brand assets, and other content you upload. You grant MegaX a limited license to host, process, transcode, analyze, generate derivative clips, display previews, and store outputs only as needed to provide and secure the Service.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required for the uploaded content, including rights for people appearing in the video, music, logos, images, voice, and any copyrighted or trademarked material.
5. AI outputs
- AI-generated hooks, captions, highlights, titles, hashtags, and cover text may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.
- MegaX does not guarantee virality, revenue, platform approval, copyright clearance, or business results.
- You must not use outputs to mislead viewers, impersonate people, defame others, or violate platform rules.
6. Prohibited use
- Uploading content you do not have rights to use.
- Uploading illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, terrorist, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Creating deceptive, defamatory, impersonating, fraudulent, or misleading content.
- Attempting to bypass plan limits, rate limits, billing controls, storage controls, or security systems.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, attacking, overloading, or disrupting the Service.
- Using the Service for regulated, high-risk, or unlawful decisions.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, limits, renewal periods, taxes, and plan features are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal.
If you cancel a paid subscription, access normally remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless the subscription is canceled immediately by Stripe, us, or applicable law. Plan limits may change after the paid period ends.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep MegaX reliable, but video processing depends on third-party services, storage, AI models, network access, queues, FFmpeg processing, and payment systems. We may pause processing, limit usage, or disable features to protect infrastructure, comply with law, control costs, or prevent abuse.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse infrastructure, fail to pay, or receive repeated copyright/abuse complaints. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MegaX is provided as-is and as-available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost profit, lost data, lost revenue, platform account penalties, or third-party claims caused by your content or publication decisions.
11. Governing law
